5. ORDERS

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order.
Your order will be accepted when we confirm that the order has been accepted and the products are being prepared for dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, for example where:
- A product is unexpectedly unavailable.
- There is an obvious pricing or product description error.
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
- We are unable to obtain payment.
- We are unable to deliver to the address provided.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

6. PRICES
All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£).
Prices shown at the time you place your order are the prices that apply to your purchase, unless there is an obvious pricing error.
Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices, promotions and offers at any time. Any change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
Where a promotional offer applies, the terms of that promotion will be displayed alongside the offer.
7. PAYMENT
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Payments are processed securely through the payment providers available through our Shopify store.
We do not store your full payment card details.
If payment cannot be successfully processed, we may be unable to accept or fulfil your order.
8. DELIVERY
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Our available delivery options are:
Standard Delivery — £3.95
Express Delivery — £5.95
Free Standard Delivery — orders of £50 or more.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as postal delays, severe weather or other disruptions.
We will nevertheless remain responsible for our obligations under applicable consumer law.

9. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Your statutory rights when purchasing online are not affected by these Terms.

Where you exercise your statutory cancellation right, we will process refunds in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at hello@reianaco.co.uk.

We will deal with faulty, damaged or incorrect goods in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our legal responsibility for goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.
